Education and Training

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Oregon State College (now Western Oregon University) in 1989. I completed my massage training at  Salem School of Massage in 1996 and was licensed in April of that year. I have received further training in a variety of massage techniques including myofascial release.

My Mission

I strive to provide a massage that meets your specific needs in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. . Whether you seek stress relief, simple relaxation or pain relief from chronic issues or injury, I will listen to you at each appointment and utilize my skills to work to improve your condition. My desire is for clients to view massage as an important part of their health care and to see me as a part of their personal health care team.

Why I Do What I Do

I have always had a desire to help others and massage allows me to do this in a very practical way. I love nothing better than to have clients feel relaxed, rejuvinated and free from most pain after their massage. 

A Little Bit About Me

I haved lived in Salem most of my life. I am married, have 2 grown children and a hypoallergenic dog named Jacob. I enjoy reading, scrapbooking and crocheting afghans. I love to spend quality time with family and friends. I also work part time as a teacher in the Salem-Keizer School District.
